Cabbage and Stuff Soup
This soup was created because I had a bunch of random stuff in my fridge and it needed to be used up. It ended up becoming a favorite for me and my friends. I love experimenting with things that I have lying around. What you will need: Slowcooker/Pot 1 box of vegetable broth 1/2 head of cabbage 3 Carrots (or 1/2 bag of baby carrots) 1 yellow onion 2 cloves garlic 2 cups Marinara Sauce (any store-bought kind that you like will do) 1/2 Tbs Cayenne Pepper Salt to flavor Finely chop the cabbage (you don't want to too big, otherwise you will just be eating liquified cabbage with nothing else), and dice the onion and garlic. Throw them into your chosen pot. Chop your carrots so that they are about bite-sized (you want them to be small enough that they will get soft) and add them to your growing ingredients.
